NACA Health Promotion Program Manager
Principal role is to coordinate, administer, and oversee all facets pertaining to the Health Promotion Program including attention to patients diagnosed with Diabetes, PreDiabetes, CVD and general health involving treatment, education, and prevention. This includes program and grant management of grant funds that operate Diabetes, Diabetes Prevention, Cardiovascular disease prevention, Health Promotion and Wellness Center. The Manager is responsible for program development, supervision, planning, evaluation, reporting; outreach to the community at-large; and with other health providers and agencies.
