Advanced Program Evaluation Training by AzPHTC

This is a face-to-face workshop teaching skills in conceptualizing, planning and implementing practical evaluation of public health programs. Participants will gain practical experience through involvement in exercises in how to define program objectives, develop program evaluation indicators, prepare project conceptual framework, and logic models, collect and manage program data, and develop an evaluation plan to assess program outcomes. Training will be provided in basic evaluation research,including experimental, quasi-experimental, non-experimental designs, as well as qualitative approaches. Practical application of these designs in field situations will also be covered.

TLC for Care Givers Workshop

On Wednesday,August 15,2012 from 3-5 p.m. Further Shore, Inc. is proud to offer Naturally Caring-TLC for Care Givers Workshop #5 "Angelic Sound Healing". Presented by Judith Waidelich, Acutonics Instructor. This FREE workshop will be held at the Joe Montoya Senior and Community Center in the arts and crafts room, located at 245 N. Thorpe Road next to Thorpe Park. The 2hour workshop is designed for professional and family care givers. In this interactive workshop you will determine a personal healing intention, create a visual representation (keepsake angel) and empower your creation with sound healing techniques.
