to Care for Someone with Dementia or Memory Loss

* Are you a family caregiver, helping to care for someone with dementia or memory loss?

* Do you provide an average of 4 hours of care or supervision per day for your loved one?

* Is caring for your loved one demanding more and more of your time and energy?

CarePRO may be able to help. Through our free workshops, you will learn:

* about dementia and its impact

* how to manage your frustration, irritation, and stress

* how to communicate with your loved one

* how to take better care of your own health

The CarePRO series of workshops is coming to Flagstaff, starting April 10, 2012.

* Five workshops will be held, every other Tuesday morning, from 10:00 to 12:30.

* Free respite care is provided during the workshops if needed.

New Directions Institute for Infant Brain Development will be presenting the latest information and techniques to “wire up” a young child’s brain for a successful future in a FREE four-hour workshop. The workshop presents practical ways to stimulate healthy early brain development in children.  Information and techniques are demonstrated in ways that are easy to grasp, using interactive experiences and video clips to reinforce the main concepts.
