Developing the Skills You Need
to Care for Someone with Dementia or Memory Loss

* Are you a family caregiver, helping to care for someone with dementia or memory loss?

* Do you provide an average of 4 hours of care or supervision per day for your loved one?

* Is caring for your loved one demanding more and more of your time and energy?

CarePRO may be able to help. Through our free workshops, you will learn:

* about dementia and its impact

* how to manage your frustration, irritation, and stress

* how to communicate with your loved one

* how to take better care of your own health

The CarePRO series of workshops is coming to Flagstaff, starting April 10, 2012.

* Five workshops will be held, every other Tuesday morning, from 10:00 to 12:30.

* Free respite care is provided during the workshops if needed.
