NARBHA Announcement - Open Position

            Member Services Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Research and respond to complex member and agency inquiries regarding behavioral health services, request for information and customer complaints
  • Respond timely and appropriate to requests while maintaining compliance with NARBHA & DBHS contract requirements.
  • Perform database functions, data reports and analysis to ensure member information is accurate.
  • Extensive administrative office related duties/ limited travel.
  • Provide back up to Pharmacy Help Desk Specialist as needed and time permits.
  • Extensive phone work / general clerical duties / limited travel. 
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills;
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with difficult problems.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
  • Behavioral health care related experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required.
  • Non-Exempt/Hourly position
