Member Services Representative
Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to complex member and agency inquiries regarding behavioral health services, request for information and customer complaints
- Respond timely and appropriate to requests while maintaining compliance with NARBHA & DBHS contract requirements.
- Perform database functions, data reports and analysis to ensure member information is accurate.
- Extensive administrative office related duties/ limited travel.
- Provide back up to Pharmacy Help Desk Specialist as needed and time permits.
- Extensive phone work / general clerical duties / limited travel.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem solving skills;
- Strong customer service skills required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with difficult problems.
- Ability to maintain professionalism with internal and external customers.
- Experience in word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
- Behavioral health care related experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required.
- Non-Exempt/Hourly position
