North Country HealthCare Diabetes Program is offering a class to the Flagstaff community for people with Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes, people at risk for developing diabetes and their families.
Class topics will include:
The Road To Better Diabetes Management
Healthy Eating (Including A Free Lunch)
Monitoring Blood Sugar
The class will be held in the red brick house in the parking lot of North Country HealthCare in Flagstaff!
